Job summary

Frances Warde Towers, operated by Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) for the Evening Shift. The role supports residents in a safe, compassionate setting and includes per diem coverage across all traditional shifts, including weekends.

Key duties include medication administration, resident monitoring, personal care, and adherence to community standards. Connecticut-licensed CNAs are required with certification; a Med Pass certification must be obtained

Qualifications

• Must have current Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by Connecticut.
• Obtain Med Pass Certification within 30 days of hire; training provided.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Medication & Treatment: Administer medications and treatments per orders, adhering to policies.
• Resident Support: Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, maintain records.
• Personal Care: Provide emotional and social support per individualized care plans.
• Community Standards: Adhere to community policies, ensuring a welcoming environment.
