Job summary

San Antonio West Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the 2pm–10pm shift in San Antonio, TX. You will provide routine nursing care, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a warm, safe, and respectful environment for residents.

Responsibilities include identifying residents, recording care, and reporting changes in condition while adhering to facility policies and protecting resident privacy.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state. CPR Preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments and assist with daily nursing care.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Follow established policies and protect resident privacy and information.
• Assist residents with transfers, meals, hygiene, and daily activities.
