Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community in Escondido, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers for PM shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM to provide personalized care for residents aging in place.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and basic physical exam.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, and showers.
• Support medication management and any needed reminders.
• Prepare light meals and assist with laundry as required.
• Escort residents to dining and activities around the campus.
• Provide compassionate, friendly interactions to enhance dignity and independence.
