Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time evening shift at Magnolia Manor in Groves, TX. You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain patient safety and comfort within a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and toileting.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and safe lifting.
• Monitor changes in patient condition and report to Charge Nurse.
• Document care and daily activities per regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care and support ADLs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, infection-controlled environment.
• Assist with patient transfers and positioning.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team communication.
