Southern Hills Rehab Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the evening shift. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, provide compassionate care, and help maintain accurate care records as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates hold a current CNA certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and can pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Report changes or concerns to nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.
