Job summary

Methuen Village, part of Senior Living Residences, is hiring a Resident Care Associate (CNA, CHHA) to provide direct care to our senior residents in a home-like setting. The role supports residents with daily living activities and engages them in meaningful activities.

Full-time position on a 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift with a starting pay of $19 per hour. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA or CHHA is required.
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting as needed.
• Strong communication with residents and teammates.
• Punctuality and reliability in daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Lead or participate in activities with residents.
• Document care and tasks in the electronic health record.
• Assist housekeeping with light duties.
• Escort residents to meals and support dining services.
