Job summary

Compass on the Bay in Boston, MA is seeking a Resident Care Associate (CNA or CHHA) to provide direct care to our senior residents. The role offers a 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift, part-time hours, and a supportive, home-like work environment.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

• Punctuality & reliability in daily living activities support

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead activities with residents
• Track care and tasks with electronic health record system
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services
• Support housekeeping and light duties as needed
