Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs).

Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable environments for residents.
Change bed linens and ensure beds are safe and wrinkle‑free.
Communicate effectively with nurses and care team members.
Follow care plans and report changes in resident condition.
Deliver care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
