Job summary

Havelock Manor, a 25-bed assisted living community in Historic Havelock, is seeking compassionate CNAs and Caregivers for the evening team. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, providing personal care, and fostering a warm, home-like environment.

Evening shift runs 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with pay starting at $16.00+/hour plus shift differentials. We offer meaningful work, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team committed to resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work all scheduled shifts, including every other weekend
• Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized assistance with daily living activities
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Assist with meal preparation, setup and service
• Encourage independence while ensuring safety and comfort
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry and cleaning
• Create positive, meaningful interactions with residents
• Communicate important resident information to coworkers and oncoming shift
• Work with teammates to ensure every resident receives attentive care
