Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in daily living with person-centered care. The role offers evening shifts (7pm-11pm) on a part-time schedule, with orientation commitments and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with the clinical team to address resident needs promptly.

Formación

• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current Colorado CNA certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
