Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living in Matthews, NC is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time overnight shifts (11 PM–7 AM). CNAs support residents with daily living, delivering person-centered care and coordinating with the clinical team to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Implement residents’ personal care plans with focus on comfort and belonging
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
• Collaborate with clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner
