The Boulevard Post Acute in Seven Corners, VA, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time evening shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. The role supports residents with daily living activities, adheres to safety standards, and works under licensed nursing staff to deliver compassionate care.

This position, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, offers competitive hourly pay ($22–$24.50) and daily pay options, along with benefits such as tuition reimbursement, health coverage, a 401(k)

Competenze

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Mansioni

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
