York Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time roles at our Yorktown, VA facility. Shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Hourly range is $18.50–$21.00/hr based on experience and incentives, ALL INCLUSIVE. At York Post Acute, CNAs provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
