Job summary

Fundamental in Belton, TX is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide daily care and support to residents and patients, including bathing, helping with linens, positioning, and monitoring comfort and safety.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs who start on or before September 30, 2026. Shifts include 2pm–10pm, with pay ranging from USD 16.00 to 18.00 per hour and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in good standing with the state (as required).
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language.
• CNAs must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and services that support the nursing care delivered to residents and patients in the facility.
• Assistance with bathing
• Changing linens
• Properly positioning patients
• Offering hydration
• Checking in on patients in the morning and night
• Taking/ recording vital signs
• CNAs may perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary
