Fellowship Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate care teams across Skilled Nursing and Memory Care. We offer full-time positions with 3-11 and 7-3 shifts, including a $3,500 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time CNAs.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.
• A desire to excel and grow as a healthcare professional.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.
• Experience in memory care, hospice, or medical-surgical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the supervisor.
• Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.
• Maintain a hygienic environment.
• Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
• Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment.
