Qualifications

• Must hold a current Missouri CMT certification.
• Experience with ADLs and resident care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to support residents in daily living activities (ADLs).
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with others to support emotional well-being.
• Create and maintain a safe, thriving environment for residents.
• Administer or assist with prescribed medications and maintain accurate medical records under RN/LPN supervision.
• Maintain medical records ensuring accuracy, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Transport residents to dining areas and assist with feeding as needed.
• Make frequent rounds to check on residents' needs and supervise CNAs.
• Assist CNA staff with direct resident care and follow up on corrections as needed.
