Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent competencies.
• Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification is required and you must be listed on the State Registry for Nursing Attendants.
• Wisconsin Medication Administration Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document prescribed medications per LHCC policies.
• Take and record vital signs and report significant changes.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
