Job summary

Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Greendale, Wisconsin, seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team on the NOC shift. The CMA administers medications as prescribed, collaborates with the nursing team, and helps ensure resident safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include monitoring responses to medications, maintaining accurate records, assisting with vital signs and personal care, and contributing to individual care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CMA certification.
• Ability to administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Strong communication and teamwork with nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed and per policies.
• Monitor residents' responses to medications and report adverse reactions.
• Assist with vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP) and report changes.
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in care conferences and contribute to care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident care.
