Competenze

• State certification as a nurse aide is required
• State approved medication administration certification
• Complete familiarity with duties of a certified nurse aide
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under nurse supervision and facility policy
• Adheres to the five rights of medication administration
• Records medication administration accurately
• Observes and reports any adverse reactions to a licensed nurse
• Assists with PRN medications per regulations and policy
