Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. seeks a Full Time Certified Medication Aide for the Cabarrus County Jail in North Carolina. Evening shift, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with an every-other-weekend rotation and night/weekend differential. You will administer medications and support patient care within a structured correctional health setting.

You’ll work with an experienced medical team to document vital signs, maintain records, and ensure safety and quality of care while avoiding early morning starts.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide license required per NC standards.
• Experience in clinical or correctional healthcare preferred.
• Ability to document medications and vital signs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications within scope and protocols.
• Assist with routine patient care and clinical needs.
• Obtain and document vital signs and patient information.
• Maintain accurate medication and medical records.
