Job summary

Southern Health Partners Inc. is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for the Cabarrus County Jail in North Carolina. This full-time evening shift role supports medication administration and patient care in a structured correctional health setting.

You’ll work 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with every other weekend rotation and a differential for night and weekend hours, joining a clinical team with decades of experience in correctional healthcare.

Qualifications

• Must hold CMA certification and be able to administer medications per protocols.
• Experience in healthcare settings and accuracy in patient records is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and document vital signs and patient information.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications within scope and protocols.
• Assist with routine patient care and clinical needs.
• Obtain, document, and review vital signs and patient information.
• Maintain accurate medication and medical records.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and facility procedures.
