Job summary

Qualifications

• Completes yearly competency testing and continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Document outcomes related to resident care, medication administration and behavior.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, meals and dining experiences.
