Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM and AM in implementing strategies.
• Help train new Team Players and model expected behaviors.
• Supervise and inspire Team Players to perform at their best.
• Monitor member service and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure club standards.
