Job summary

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking a Hospitality Team Member to deliver outstanding service at our club. You will help create a safe, clean environment and anticipate members' needs during shifts on the closing team.

Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, and able to lift 40 lbs. You’ll clean equipment, locker rooms, and common areas, and restock supplies while maintaining a friendly, efficient service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on the move for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends as part of closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to club members.
• Clean and sanitize fitness machines and workout equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, including floors and fixtures.
• Restock health and beauty supplies and assist with laundry as needed.
• Keep common areas clean (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal).
