Pride Health is hiring for a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The role is 2nd shift with Sat-Wed or Wed-Mon schedules. Pay range is $45–$55 per hour, with tax-free lodging, meals, and incidental stipends for travelers.

CLS license is required. BS in medical technology or life sciences is required. Laboratory duties include performing complex tests, quality control, maintenance, and staff training as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in medical technology or life/physical sciences from an accredited college or university is REQUIRED.
• CLS license is required.
• Zero to three years direct experience in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs moderate to highly complex clinical tests following procedures.
• Prepares reagents, media, stock solutions, and controls; evaluates new reagents.
• Determines specimen acceptability and calculated results.
• Enters results accurately and monitors turnaround times.
• Performs quality control, calibrations, and proficiency testing.
