Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health Beverly Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for the Evening Shift to join our collaborative Pharmacy team. This role focuses on safe, evidence-based patient care and involves working with physicians, nurses, and care teams across inpatient services on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

You will interpret orders, supervise technicians, and contribute to quality improvement while ensuring compliance with policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current Massachusetts pharmacist license.
• 2+ years of hospital clinical pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and evaluate medication orders and prescriptions.
• Provide medication expertise in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and care teams.
• Prepare and dispense medications according to hospital policy and applicable laws.
• Supervise and verify the accuracy of work performed by pharmacy technicians and interns.
