Harris Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for the Ben Taub Hospital evening shift, a full-time position. You will deliver patient-centered care, manage therapy, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.
• Licensure as a Texas Pharmacist or eligible; must obtain licensure within 90 days of employment.
• BLS certification within 90 days; ACLS certification required for inpatient positions within 6 months.
• IV Sterile Certification required for inpatient areas and Fondren Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, patient-centered care by managing medication therapy and conducting clinical reviews.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Support safe medication distribution, regulatory compliance, and education for patients and healthcare professionals.
