Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide inpatient pharmacy services on a 7-on, 7-off evening schedule (12:00pm–11:30pm). The role emphasizes medication safety, timely dispensing, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a Magnet Hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will have a PharmD (or BS in Pharmacy), current state licensure as an RPh (or eligibility), and relevant certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS) with post-graduate training preferred.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy.
• Current State licensure as a Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocity within 90 days of hire.
• BLS through AHA/Red Cross and completion of an immunization administration course within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS or PALS certification through AHA, or obtained within one year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Verify and enter medication orders and provide inpatient pharmacy services.
• Provide operational pharmacy support across service lines and promote medication safety.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to ensure accurate, timely medication services.
• Support daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced hospital environment.
