Job summary

Mountainside Treatment Center is seeking a Client Support Coordinator for the 2nd shift on the Canaan campus. You will help clients and families through admissions, orientations, and daily needs with empathy and professionalism.

The role requires excellent communication, independence, and teamwork with clinical and administrative staff to ensure safe, respectful care and smooth client experiences on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families and staff.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates compassionate, professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Be the warm first face for clients and families, setting a positive tone.
• Guide clients through admissions and orientation processes.
• Prepare and maintain client rooms and welcome materials.
• Assist with schedules, appointments, and access to personal items.
• Document client interactions and services with clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and safety protocols at all times.
• Lead discharge procedures and ensure proper documentation of belongings.
