Overview

Client Services Coordinator role at Mountainside Treatment Center in Canaan, CT. This position is full-time and on the 2nd shift (Saturday-Wednesday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm; Thursday and Friday off).

  • Conduct room inspections, bed checks, vital sign monitoring, and adhere to medication protocols to support safety.
  • Conduct client searches, UTOX screenings, and frequent rounds, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Act swiftly and calmly in emergencies, coordinating with internal teams and external responders to protect client well-being.
  • Lead discharge procedures with care, ensuring personal property and medications are accounted for and documented.
  • Uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards at all times and maintain professional records of client interactions, observations, and services.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to foster coordinated care and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

Compensation

The base rate of pay for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, role responsibilities, location, performance, and working conditions.
