The role involves training teammates, coordinating schedules, inspecting work, managing labor budgets for assigned jobs, and promoting a culture of reliability, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleaning teams or similar supervision roles.
• Dependability and punctuality are essential.
• Positive attitude and professional conduct required.
• Strong communication with team and clients.
• Attention to detail in cleaning standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Train teammates on processes and lead the team to consistently high-quality cleaning.
• Provide inspections and constructive feedback to help teammates improve and meet client expectations.
• Manage team schedules and labor for assigned jobs within budget.
• Support teammates by stepping in when needed to complete tasks.
• Offer customers additional cleaning services to maintain facilities.
• Maintain cross-training so backups are available.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting) as needed.
• Handle trash removal and restocking supplies.
