Integrity Commercial Cleaning is seeking a Part-Time Cleaning Team Lead to oversee our commercial cleaning operations. This hands-on leadership role requires coaching and supporting the team while ensuring exceptional service at every visit.

The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and bilingual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This role offers paid training, travel between job sites, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of professional cleaners at multiple commercial locations.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly, safely, and on schedule.
• Train and coach new employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Perform quality inspections to maintain our high standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Resolve employee or client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and daily operations to keep jobs running smoothly.
• Lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
