Office Pride of Birmingham - Trussville is seeking an Evening Supervisor to lead cleaning crews across client sites, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate schedules to deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, performing inspections, managing overtime, and addressing customer concerns while maintaining high client satisfaction. This role requires hands-on leadership and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management.
• Experience training frontline employees.
• Experience conducting quality inspections and corrective actions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise evening cleaning crews at multiple locations.
• Train new employees on procedures, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Develop employees through cross training and skill building.
• Promote accountability, attendance, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
• Assist with onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Complete corrective action reports and improvement plans.
• Monitor labor hours and productivity across accounts.
• Respond to emergencies, call-outs, and customer concerns.
