Job summary

J&J Worldwide Services is seeking a Cleaning Coordinator to perform basic cleaning duties across client and company buildings. You will work 2nd shift (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM) and support daily cleaning tasks in high-traffic areas, stock restroom supplies, and maintain cleanliness according to company standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience, physical ability to lift 50 lbs+, and basic computer skills (MS Office).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required) and up to 2 years of related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas as designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; move or rearrange furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, partitions, and mirrors with cleaners and tools.
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment safely per procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and required training sessions.
• Follow defined cleaning procedures and standards.
