Job summary

The Threshold, Inc. is seeking a reliable janitor to perform cleaning duties at our contracted site in West Bend, Wisconsin. This in-person role follows a 5pm to 9pm schedule, Monday through Thursday, with potential early or late starts as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning designated areas, stocking supplies, and following safety regulations. Prior janitorial experience is helpful, and the physical requirement includes lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience as a janitor is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is helpful.
• Previous work experience as a janitor is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning).
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order as per contract specifications.
• Cooperate with staff and follow health and safety regulations.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repairs.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed.
