Clean Team Inc. is seeking a Nighttime Commercial Custodian to keep client facilities in Bay City, MI clean, safe, and welcoming during evening hours. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday starting at 6pm, with a predictable, structured schedule.

You will receive paid training and have opportunities for growth as you demonstrate reliability and attention to detail in a calm, independent environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms and high-touch surfaces daily.

Key Responsibilities

As an essential member of our team, you will ensure local business facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming. Your daily tasks will include:

• Sanitizing & Disinfecting: Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surface areas such as door handles, light switches, and counter tops.
• Floor Care Maintenance: Vacuum carpeted areas, sweep tile or hardwood surfaces, and mop hard flooring throughout the facility.
• Waste & Recycling Removal: Empty trash cans and recycling bins, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal locations.
• Stocking & Inventory: Maintain adequate stock of essential paper products, hand soap, and hand sanitizer in all restrooms and break stations, reporting low stock to your supervisor.
• Safety & Quality Standards: Adhere strictly to company safety standards, proper cleaning procedures, and chemical handling guidelines.

Key Qualifications

While prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, it is not required-we provide complete paid training to ensure your success!

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to the Bay City job site daily.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs consistently across a 4-hour shift.
