Showdown Displays is seeking a Manufacturing Claims Inspector on the Ramsey, MN production floor. You will thoroughly inspect returned goods and claims orders, identify root causes, and verify compliance with customer specs to safeguard quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in graphics design, printing, or manufacturing.
• Ability to learn product specs and use databases for claims.
• Experience with Acumatica or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect claims orders to verify product specifications before shipment.
• Investigate root causes of claims and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with Production, Operations and Resolutions teams.
• Record detailed claim information and manage returns.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies in a fast-paced setting.
