Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our Middlesex County team for evening shifts.

You will provide dignified, hands-on care to hospice patients, assist with ADLs, and follow individualized care plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and communicating openly with patients and families. A NJ CHHA license is required, hospice experience is a plus, and reliable transportation is essential.
