Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our Monmouth County team on the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). You will provide dignified, hands-on hospice support, assist with ADLs, and follow individualized care plans to ease patient comfort.

Experience in hospice is a plus but not required; NJ-CHHA license is required. Reliable transportation, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to care are essential.
