Job summary

Compensation for adjuncts is per workload hour: BA/BS $27.35, MA/MS $29.76, Doctorate $31.92 plus a $125 stipend per credit hour. All degrees must be from an accredited institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry required; Master’s preferred for advanced courses.
• Doctorate may be required for transferrable or specialized courses.
• Accredited institution degrees only.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lecture and lab instruction in chemistry.
• Prepare course materials and up-to-date syllabi.
• Assess student performance and maintain records, including final grades.
• Teach night classes on the Rapid City campus as required.
• Adhere to WDTC policies and participate in program activities.
