Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum 6 months experience as Clinical Nurse I with AHS or equivalent
• Current California RN license; CPR/BLS required, CCRN optional for some units

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, medications, and treatments under supervision
• Develop and evaluate nursing care plans and maintain records
• Supervise staff and act as charge nurse or team leader when assigned
• Monitor telemetry and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias
• Promote infection control and safe patient environment
• Educate patients and families on care and prevention
