Responsibilities

• Prepares, distributes and delivers medications in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Processes prescriptions, compounds medications, and manages inventory.
• Maintains proper medication and supply stock levels and operates automated delivery systems.
• Participates in department quality assurance programs and documents QA activities.
• Trained and certified in IV admixture preparation and handling hazardous/chemotherapy meds when applicable.
