Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for the evening shift to safely administer medications and deliver high-quality care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role emphasizes accurate medication passes, timely documentation, and strong communication with residents and staff to support safety and comfort.

Applicants must hold Missouri CMT and CNA certifications, BLS/CPR, and prefer prior long-term care experience; weekend

Qualifications

• Must hold Missouri CMT certification.
• Active Missouri CNA license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately per physician orders.
• Complete medication passes within scheduled timeframes.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including PRN charting and medication records.
• Monitor medication supplies and report reorders as needed.
• Assist with drug inventory and documentation compliance.
• Follow all facility policies, safety protocols, and state regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and training sessions.
