Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for the evening shift (3pm–11pm) to join a resident-focused team. Under supervision of a licensed nurse, you will administer medications, ensure timely delivery, and uphold safety standards with compassion.

Qualified candidates hold Missouri CMT certification and an active Missouri CNA license, with BLS/CPR. Prior SNF or rehab experience is preferred and strong English communication is required.

Competenze

• Current Missouri CMT certification required.
• Active CNA license – Missouri required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Mansioni

• Administer medications accurately as ordered.
• Complete medication passes within scheduled times.
• Observe residents and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Maintain accurate PRN charts and medication records.
• Monitor medication supplies and report reorders.
• Assist with drug inventory and documentation compliance.
• Follow facility policies, safety protocols and regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
