Job summary

Qualifications

• HSD/GED is required.
• CRCST certification (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association) required.
• Minimum 3 years of CSS/central sterile processing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff and daily CSS operations.
• Assemble and disassemble case carts; ensure proper sterilization techniques.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; act as educator and preceptor.
• Manage department inventory and equipment; monitor supply levels.
• Collaborate with surgical team for timely delivery of instruments.
