Job summary

Immatics is hiring a Manufacturing Associate II to support our CMC-GMP team in Stafford, TX. The role involves complex cell manipulation and testing of cellular products for clinical manufacturing, with a schedule of 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Monday to Friday, on-site.

You will perform cell culture, enrichment, cryopreservation, and validation procedures, while ensuring alignment with FDA GMP practices, QC requirements, and facility SOPs. Collaborative teamwork is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Biomanufacturing or related field required or equivalent.
• 2+ years cell therapy manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with FDA Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell growth and manipulation procedures (enrichment, culture, cryopreservation, thaw/wash).
• Adhere to cGMP, cGDocP, and accreditation standards (FACT, CAP, CLIA).
• Maintain accurate documentation and report deviations to QA.
