Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, seeks a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to support clients with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. This part-time evening role offers predictable hours (Mondays 4:00p-7:00p) and opportunities for growth in ABA and behavioral health.

You will implement ABA-driven programs under supervision, provide 1:1 therapy, and collaborate with a clinically led team.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs for youth in homes and/or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Operate under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
