Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Floorcare Technician to clean and maintain carpets while meeting quality and timeliness standards. You will follow the company mission and values, working in a hospitality setting to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role requires energy, reliability, and a focus on details in a busy environment. Starting pay is competitive, with benefits and opportunities for growth. Evening shift 6:00pm–2:30am, full-time or part-time positions available, and immediate hiring.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 months of full-time related work experience
• Experience with striping/waxing floors preferred
• Must be trained before beginning work
• Knowledge of chemicals and their safe use

Responsibilities

• Vacuum loose dirt and debris from areas to be cleaned
• Pre-treat stains according to fiber and surface
• Inspect areas prior to cleaning for damage or stains
• Move and lift light furniture as needed
• Operate carpet cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Store chemicals in approved areas and maintain cleanliness of storage spaces
• Maintain and operate company vehicles as required
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met at each site
