Oakmont of El Dorado Hills is seeking a Care Provider (Caregiver) to deliver daily personal care to residents. Located in El Dorado Hills, CA, this full-time PM shift (2:00p-10:15p) requires at least one weekend day and offers a competitive $17.00-$18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience welcome but training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs, maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment in collaboration with staff and visitors.
• Encourage teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
