Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Caregiver for a Per-Diem 2nd shift role (2:30p-10:30p). The position is non-exempt and hourly, with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

You will assist residents with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and activities, following each resident's care plan. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, maintaining safety and confidentiality, and documenting services.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care plan
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts
• Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift
• Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
